Sales Representative

We are looking for a sales representative to serve our existing customer base and generate new accounts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Selling/leasing office technology by setting appointments; analyzing needs; demonstrating equipment; outlining alternatives; and recommending solutions
  • Accomplishing sales objectives by successfully executing professional sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintaining and supporting current customers in the assigned territory
  • Prospecting and securing new accounts
  • Planning and presenting demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions that address customers’ document management needs
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of the company as well as your knowledge of our current product line and competing product information

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years proven business-to-business sales performance
  • Knowledge of general sales techniques, cold calls, sales closings, etc.
  • Ability to develop a profitable and diverse book of business through contact management, lead generation, personal referral, networking, and customer retention
  • Strong communication, presentation, written, and PC skills are required

Field Service Technician

We are currently accepting applications for Field Service Technicians. We have multiple branch locations throughout Florida and continually review our staff and prospective candidates in order to offer our customers the highest level of service possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Punctual, hardworking and have a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills along with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to Diagnose technical issues with imaging equipment or network configurations
  • Good character and able to make routine judgment calls concerning service related issues
  • Ability to maintain an organized tool and parts inventory
  • Ability to use a Tablet (Android Operating System) in order to dispatch and complete service calls
  • Self-motivated to excel and able to multi-task in order to be efficient
  • Ability to work as a team with other technicians to accomplish tasks

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced in network connectivity and have a minimum of 1 year in printer/copier service repair
  • Have a clean driving record and personal vehicle for daily use
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. to assist in loading/unloading equipment
